C. Steinweg Oman LLC (CSO) offers both covered and uncovered storage, bonded and non-bonded. Our terminal premises consists of 72 hectares of storage area within the Port of Sohar. Within this area, CSO operates (bonded) covered storage.
International recognition
Our facilities are fully recognised by major international banks and insurance companies. And our warehouse receipts, warrants and releases are internationally accepted to facilitate “in-warehouse” financing and insurance of stocks held in our custody.
Dimensions of the CSO warehouse are 40 x 125 meters (single span) with a height of 8 meter. On both short sides there is a door of 14 meter width and both long sides have 2 doors of 7 meter width. It is equipped with a ventilation system and a fire-fighting system which can be operated modular. The warehouse has been approved by Oman Civil Defense.
